Payment for products and services is made after the contract is concluded. Payment methods will be agreed upon individually between the customer and Hortikus d.o.o. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer. Delivery times depend on product availability and will be specified in the quote. Hortikus d.o.o. is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or delivery issues on the part of carriers.
6. Installation and Maintenance
Hortikus d.o.o. offers installation and maintenance services for greenhouses and glasshouses. Details regarding these services will be agreed upon individually with each customer and included in the quote. Hortikus d.o.o. ensures that all services are performed professionally and in accordance with applicable standards.
7. Warranty and Claims
Products are covered by a warranty if specified in the quote. In the event of defects or non-conformity, the customer has the right to file a claim in accordance with the agreed terms. All claims are handled in accordance with consumer protection laws and the agreement between the customer and Hortikus d.o.o.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with applicable law and the terms specified in the quote. In the event of withdrawal, the customer must return the products undamaged and in their original packaging to the address of Hortikus d.o.o. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, provided a return has been agreed upon.
9. Data Protection
Hortikus d.o.o. is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with data protection legislation. Personal data collected during the inquiry process will be used exclusively for processing the inquiry and will not be shared with third parties without the customer's consent.
10. Legal Notice
The content of the hortikus.si website is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized use of images, text, or other content without the prior permission of Hortikus d.o.o. is prohibited.
11. Final Provisions
